We are always on the lookout for well trained baristas to join our busy team, someone that knows how to make the most delicious tasting coffee and works well under pressure.

We are a young and dynamic company, with Swedish and Italian heritage that is continuously expanding our food selection and coffee options.

Our small team is very passionate about fresh juices and great tasting coffee. Our goal is to create the best possible flavours by using fresh, natural and nutritious ingredients. Eating and drinking well has a great impact on a person’s wellbeing and our juices, smoothies sandwiches and coffees are there to help!

Essential skills we are looking for:

• You are experienced in making all different types of coffees with consistent quality.
• You have sound knowledge of assessing shots, calibrating the grinder and maintaining equipment.
• While you will be making lots of lovely coffee, this role also entails serving food to customers, making delicious juices and smoothies. We need you to be able to hit the ground running, so experience is essential.
• You have great interpersonal skills and enjoy a good chat with customers. Lots of lovely, happy small talk. Great at connecting with people around you, you’re one to spread positivity and happiness all day long.
• A good understanding of food hygiene.
• You are not afraid of work and are very proactive – you get on with things, you have common sense. You don’t stand still and always find something to do.
• You are ready to be an all rounder as well as a barista and to be confident, efficient, disciplined, clean and fast while working.
• You value the importance of every task in the shop. This may includes cleaning the juicer, the floor, and all other cleaning required.
• You are punctual and a reliable hard worker.
• You are a great team player who cares for their colleagues and wants to come to work to have a good time.

The cafe’ is open daily from early morning to late evenings, we are open 7 days a week, so there is some weekend work as well.

Both full-time and part-times positions available.
Pay is in line with experience.
